timber nook was exciting from the moment we entered the bus I knew it would be a fun trip for everyone the bus ride was fun which soon led us to the middle nowhere but until the time to go home appeared it was an exciting and action packed day.

x-country goals and challenges.

my goal for cross country this Tuesday is to get into the top 15 for running
the most challenging part of the course is the last stretch where you are basically obligated to sprint which triggers your vomit reflects and isn't pretty.
